The Chef’s Table Experience consist of 5 Active Duty Military Chefs creating and presenting their original dish to 12 Military guests attending the event. This is the Chefs’ opportunity to explore new ingredients and innovating ideas on how to present their creation. With the 5 Chefs, there are 5 to 7 more Chefs to support and prepare the dishes for the presenting Chefs. As the meal is being prepared, the guests get to experience the Chef’s process up close and personal along with interacting with them by asking questions about their dish, life as a Military Chef, and cooking ideas that they can take home with them. This program is an amazing experience not only for the 12 Military Guests but also for the Chefs themselves. As the guests try their original dish, the Chefs gets honest feedback and has a chance to perfect their dish to be even better. The experience, food, and atmosphere is a true 5 star dining right at the USO Fort Belvoir Center with the Best Service anyone can ask for!
