USO Mid-Atlantic Ticketline connects community organizations, companies and individuals who would like to donate tickets to the local military population, who can register to receive them for free.

TicketLine opportunities are open to active duty, reservist, and active National Guard service members as well as their military dependents (with military ID) within the Mid-Atlantic region.

Ticketline Contact Hours are 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Ticketline Policies for all events:

  1. All questions should be directed to the Ticketline email. Do not contact the individual center directly unless told to do so. Not only for quicker response time but also because the volunteers and/or center staff will likely not have the information you are looking for.
  2. If you sign up for a lottery, are chosen and decline, you may be restricted from Ticketline for up to 1 month.
  3. If you win tickets in a lottery, are contacted by Ticketline, and do not reply to your winner email, you will be restricted from Ticketline for up to 1 month.
  4. If you win tickets, confirm acceptance of your tickets, then fail to pick up at the USO center as instructed (if applicable) you will be restricted from Ticketline for 6 months.
  5. Only reserve tickets if you are 100% certain you can attend the event. If tickets are reserved and you do not use your tickets/fail to attend an event for which you accepted tickets, you will be restricted from receiving tickets through Ticketline for 6 months.
  6. USO Mid-Atlantic asks that you do not call ticket donors or venues directly. This may cause issues that can affect the future of our Ticketline Program. If a donor contacts us to report such contact, you will be restricted from receiving future tickets through Ticketline.
  7. The tickets received from USO Mid-Atlantic are not transferable or are to be resold. If you cannot use the tickets received from us, please return them to the Ticketline office for proper redistribution. If you resell tickets received from USO Mid-Atlantic, you will be banned from receiving future tickets through Ticketline
