Run The Bases is a fitness challenge. The goal is to promote and motivate a healthier and mental well-being for you. Being active is not only great for physical health and fitness but evidence shows it can raise self-esteem, helps oneself to set goals or challenges and achieve them, and causes chemical changes in your brain which can help to positively change your mood. Mental well-being helps build a sense of belonging and self-worth, gives opportunities for other to share positive experiences, and provides emotional support towards one another.
This is a virtual run and can be done in the comfort of your own home, neighborhood, community, gym, and or anywhere outdoors.
Open to Active-Duty Service Members and AD Dependents.
