USO Langley - Sunset Align with Pure Barre at Oozlefinch

Join USO and our friends from Pure Barre Newport News who are hosting a free outdoor Align class at Oozlefinch on Fort Monroe.

Align is a fusion class using movements from classic barre and yoga, full of relaxing stretches and small movements to ignite the muscles while working on your balance, flow, and mind-body connection.

Registration with USO and Pure Barre is required. Please visit bit.ly/oozlefinchAlign to register with Pure Barre and sign their waiver.

This event is primarily for adults, or those 16+.

Please bring your yoga mat (a few will be available if you do not have one), water, and towel. This event is outdoor and it can get windy, so please dress appropriately in comfy gymware. Sticky socks recommended, but not required.

USO will provide a small snack for those in attendance, and beverages are available for purchase at Oozlefinch after the class to those 21+ with proper ID. A food truck will also be available with items for purchase.
