Ball Boutique at USO Indian Head
Military spouses gathered at the Indian Head Mix House for a morning of fun, prizes, and dress shopping.
Ball Boutique is an event put on by USO-Metro staff and volunteers at Indian Head, designed to alleviate some of the financial burden that may come with military ball season. Attendees have the opportunity to meet and visit with friends while shopping for the perfect gown for an upcoming military ball. Dresses are donated from all over the country and are free to all in attendance.
“I actually love watching the ladies pick out dresses and go try them on,” Barb Locke, USO Indian Head Center Supervisor, said. “It’s really exciting when they find one that fits perfect and looks fabulous on them. They get so excited.”
To donate a dress or accessories, please contact blocke@usometro.org.
