As a part of the USO Experience Virginia Beach, the USO invites you to join us and Emily Kramer Throckmorton of Kaizen Athletics to work up a good sweat and get the blood flowing to start your day. This Functional and adaptive fitness event will be held at the NEW Kaizen Athletics facility, just blocks from the Oceanfront. All ability levels are always welcome at Kaizen Athletics.
